I was just informed of a "Itchin to Pick" jam session to be held at the Galt House in Louisville, KY on March 30 and 31. Make reservations and come join in some really great bluegrass music. This is a "jam only" weekend with lots of people coming from a 4 or 5 state area. There are no featured bands but a lot of great pickers gathered in one place to stretch the fingers after a long winter.
Galt House has reserved the east side for pickin that weekend so make your reservations as early as possible. Galt House phone is 1-800-626-1814. George Garrett is spearheading this event and wants everyone to know this should be a lot of fun.
