please pray for my daddy rev carl howard who will be having surgery on august 3rd, 200 at 11 am to clean his carotid artery out.. the last remaining one to his brain.

God gave him a miracle over 7 yrs ago and when the left carotid artery to his brain collapsed.. daddy didnt even suffer a stroke - no symptoms whatsoever.
However with this last artery to the brain - this procedure (angioplasty) is a bit more dangerous since his brain and body rely on the one artery left that is
clogging up.

Daddy says its all up to God anyway.. and we trust God that He knows what is best - after all - he's daddy's father as well as ours - and HE loves us more than we ever could...
Just would like your prayers in asking God to be with daddy... as he undergoes this operation on the 3rd of August 2007 at 11 am...

Hi Gracie,

Let it be known you and your whole family will have prayers from Canada to ensure things go as well as possibly for your daddy. He's a fine gentleman I'm sure and we certainly hope he can pull thru and beat the odds again.

Will sure be keeping your dad and your family in my prayers.  He's a fine man and I'm proud to know him.

You all know that daddy's only got one carotid artery to his right side of his brain the other he lost a long time ago...

this will be a very touchy surgery... but we know that the Lord loves him even more than we do - so as we pray we pray for His Will... and that hopefully we'll
have daddy around for years to come....

Thanks to all my friends who pray daily and stay in touch with Our  Father.

Gracie my prayers were and still are with your dad.  I came in chat for awhile last night to see how his surgery went but no word yet.   Still keeping everyone in my prayers.

hi gracie irish mark here just to say i know what your dad has to face ive,been there just last year with open heart surgery and god has given man the tools and experience to heal he will be in good hands i also know the family and those close to him are going threw this opp as well. my partner jane whom i love with all my heart had to keep home going and work two jobs to keep wolf from the door , i was in hospital for 3 months and still attending twice a week for blood cultures so i can adjust medication to suit new valve well god bless and i know how it feels to have a cancilation i had two opps cancelled but god was still in controll.

Hope your dad came through the surgery ok Gracie. That's tedious surgery any time they go in through the arteries. My brother-in-law almost lost his leg when a piece of plaque broke off when they did a heart cath. Hope the angels are watching over him.
