HELP!! Please!

Hello there. I got a new computer the other day and it has Windows Vista. When I try to listen with WMP a window comes up and says I'm running low on memory. Well, it plays bluegrassradio.org just fine so I started listening with QuickTime and it plays fine. Now the problem is it won't let me in the chat room. When I try to log in it takes me to a page that says "Windows cannot find this page"  Help!
